I am a professor of linguistics giving lectures on text, discourse, intercultural communication and translation. I am interested in questions of text transformations, linguistic pragmatics and interpretation. My candidate thesis was devoted to text semantics and interpretation, and doctoral thesis to text adaptation and simplification in different discourses (legal, medical, educational, and literal).
