I have a background in sociology and linguistics. Currently, I am a teaching assistant in the Department of Sociology, and a doctoral candidate at the Institute of Linguistics at the University of Opole (Poland). Among others, I do my research in the field of Critical Discourse Analysis, rhetorics, politics, migration issues, intercultural communication, and risky behaviors of youths.
