DiscourseNet helps you publish your work in Discourse Studies. Our publication outlets are mostly free and they are open to all discourse researchers.
Please read the instructions for our Palgrave DiscourseNet Publications, disseminated through the Springer platform. They comprise
- the Discourse Studies Collection in the Open Access journal Palgrave Communications. This is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal article in English. NB: Authors do not pay any fees! Palgrave normally accepts a fee waiver request if there is no institutional funding.
- the Palgrave books series Postdisciplinary Studies in Discourse (monographs in English, no publication subsidy required)
We also host...
- the DiscourseNet Collaborative Working Paper Series, which provides reviews for work in progress and a presentation at one of the DiscourseNet events (all languages, no publication subsidy required). You are expected to be a member of DiscourseNet to benefit from the feedback provided.
- the Transcript books series DiskursNetz (German, subsidy normally expected)
Major DiscourseNet publications include:
- Johannes Angermuller, Eva Herschinger, Martin Nonhoff, Felicitas Macgilchrist, Martin Reisigl, Juliette Wedl, Daniel Wrana, Alexander Ziem (Hrsg. 2014): Diskursforschung: Ein interdisziplinäres Handbuch. Bielefeld: transcript, 1292 pages. [Discourse Studies: An Interdisciplinary Handbook].
