Deborah Davidson

As a social researcher, interested in public organisations, ways of organising, and change, Deborah’s main research interests are focussed on developmental improvements in the quality and capability of public services that makes a difference to end users and diverse communities. Focussing on research, developmental evaluations and organisation development of public services, Deborah works co-productively with individuals, groups, teams and inter-agency systems to understand and make changes at strategic, middle management, front-line and community levels.
