I am a PhD student at the Department of Social Science and Philosophy, University of Jyvaskyla, Finland. My main research interests are in the sphere of Cultural policy, Post-structural Discourse Theory and Critical Policy Analysis. Currently, I have several research projects devoted to cultural studies and cultural policy in Russia and EU countries.
