Cristina Arancibia

My research area is in the field of discourse studies, specifically, I focus on issues that reflect the intersection of poverty and rurality. I work with oral stories from members of rural communities, the analysis of which enable us to understand their ways of being, behaving and seeing the world in connection with their social and natural space. Likewise, I am interested in the study of processes of comprehension and production of oral and written discourse in second languages ​​in various educational contexts.
