Social Empowerment Journal (SEJ) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal published quarterly by the Laboratory of Social Empowerment and Sustainable Development in the Desert Environment, Faculty of Social Sciences, Amar Telidji University of Laghouat, Algeria. The journal publishes original interdisciplinary research in social, humanitarian, and economic studies, with a focus on empowerment, sustainable development, public policy, and societal transformation. SEJ follows a double-blind peer review process and accepts manuscripts in Arabic, English, French, and Spanish.
