David Adler

I have in the past dealt more intensively with the discourse around the war on terror in an international context. In my PhD project at the University of Oldenburg, I am working on the discourses and practices of contemporary office architecture. My empirical research is guided by the effort to bring together discourse studies with interactionist approaches, using the concept of performativity.

Other than that, I am working as research consultant for ERC Grants at the Science Support Center of the University Duisburg-Essen.
